Fantastic wine. Needs another 3-5 years in the cellar to mellow out. After 3 hours in the glass we saw the future of this wine and it is awesome. Fruit forward, big tannins that should mellow over time. Dark fruits with Cos ‘d Estournel led pencil, a little pepper and blackberry. Mike Smith knows how to coach perfection out of this vineyard. I will hunt down more bottles of this great wine. Give it a little time or decant many hours in advance of drinking.
