Very rich and dense. The brooding nose offers a hint of what’s to come. Dark fruit flavors, blackberry, cassis, spices, and a touch of gravel/minerals on the finish. It’s medium-full bodied with soft tannins. Decanted for about an hour or so and it continued to develop more in the glass.
