Needs time to open up, but after an hour or two it really comes to life. Pairs beautifully with a standing rib roast.

Filled the whole room with the bouquet while it was decanting. Sweet in the front earthy in the back, full bodied. Can totally drink as a meal. Large balloon glass needed.
