
Third langhe Nebbiolo from 2021 I’ve had (after produttori and massolino) and I continue to be impressed - and hopeful for the Barolos / Barbarescos to come! This Starda from Paitin is a bit more generous and a bit less of an acid driven refined finish than the produttori. But still very nice - especially for <$20.

Decent red, a little tart or acidic on thr back end. Perhaps more time to breath is needed. Nice light color, almost translucent. Seems to be young, fruity in flavor. Dont recall where I picked this up. Enjoyed with pasta and a homemade sauce. I would pick this up again.
