Paolo e Noemia d'Amico Calanchi di Vaiano
Lazio Chardonnay

Crazy weird skin ferment chard? Open top fermenters perhaps? Bruised and canned orchard fruits, phenols, leafy, chalky tannins on the finish. Reminds me of Savennieres w/out screaming acidity

Feb 4th, 2015Really sharp on the palate, not too buttery but the alcohol kinda just sits on top. Wouldn’t buy it again.
