One of the best Primitivos around and specially when on Waitrose offer at £8 or less. Even, smooth and full bodied without any hint of the slightly cooked sense that this varietal sometimes exhibits.

2013 full of character, lovely finish.

Gbp 10 at waitrose. Decanted for an hour (just bc we got a decanter). Slight acid nose that sits in the bottom of your stomach. Has the roundness and centred fullness like apple juice but it's wine.

2013: heady black and dried fruit, spicy, lavender and purple flowers. Very dried fruit style, but quite decent. Smooth, crowd pleasing style
