Grassy, sweet-tart vanilla on the nose with an almost identical conformation in the palate. Lean with bright citrus-driven acidity. I tried it six months ago, and there was much more apple and was much rounder. Still great!

Is in a weird phase from having just tried it a few months ago...rich apple fruit has given way to tart citrus, and showing more vanilla than before...strange?
