Feb 10th, 2016Mostly plum on the nose on this dark purple, Shiraz. As the wine progressed there were more notes of spice, but also hints of rubber. On the palate it was more of the plum with some cherry skin. The finish was short but poignant. Liked it, didn't love it. Would give it another go with another food pairing (had lamb).
