Great bubbles from Portugal.
Crean, crisp (but not so much minerals) but still a great one. Pure fruit flavours between grey pear and lemon. Medium lenght and medium alcohol.
Highly recommended when in Portugal or when in need to cool down a bit.

Opened up beautifully maybe too cold at first. Just the color I like my wine to be - on the red/rose border. Reminds me of Susucaru or Jura reds. The whole made without electricity label is a little twee. Oh well. Can’t believe the fucking LCBO had this. Clearly a fluke.

Apr 25th, 2018Blend av gröna och blå druvor. Lätt, läskande, hög syra, stramt med litet saltstänk, med nån grönsak. Lite som att stå och hacka soffritto och samtidigt käka en näve hallon.
