Wet n salty seashells on the nose, strawberries n rocks in my mouth, orange pith n zest on the finish. Super cooL!! "I wonder when we'll find a cool still blanc de noir from France." Haha!

A little unstable. Underneath the shakiness was a core of green apple, yeast, and a rip of acidity.
