Very nice. A little more acid than the 2013 which I thought was a little creamier. Good sipping and food bubbly. 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay. Disgorged 11/2018. Dosage 1.8gr/L. TBL

These Paillard wines unquestionably need age (no matter what the station it seems). They are so acidic to start, but give them a few years and they blossom.
