Great entry level example of Alsatian Gewurztraminer - classic, barely off-dry wine with aromas and flavors of lychee, rose petal and ginger. Medium acidity - will be wonderful with Indian and Thai dishes as well as Alsatian cuisine, especially tarte Flamande and roast pork.
