En Remilly Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Chardonnay

Fantastic. This Chardonnay would terrify the cougars at the Rosewood or any other local divorcee bar... Bright pear and green apple, fig, burned wheat field, and faint, pleasant mustiness.

At Cueva 酸とミネラルが良いバランス。温度が上がると厚みも十分。

Uh-mazing. I don't quite know how to describe. Lots of lime, camphor, lillies on the nose... so interesting. And delicious with a long finish.

Minerals, minerals and more minerals. Clean. Crisp. Bright!
