Day 1 like sucking on a cedar plank. Day two glorious fruit emerged. Fabulous texture. Serious shit.

Nose of bright lime, slight stone, slight matches, some cream. Excellent balance and acidity. Really nice and easy drinking - green and citric fruits, maybe even towards tropical fruit. Perhaps a tad less robust than other great burgundy. May need more time for complexity. Great balance though.
