Riserva Sassella Valtellina Superiore Nebbiolo

Bright and beautiful deep red.
First aroma: black olive, olive oil, meat, barrel, red flowers like lily.
Second Scent: tallow, butter, chocolate, walnuts, cashew nuts, pistachio, rye bread.
Mid note: dried fruits, dried plums, several berries.
Light sweet and juicy acid attack, mid palate come with good body, comfortable bitterness and tannin, long finish.

Really wonderful aroma of vanilla and cherry. I could sniff this all day!
