#Vinitaly2014 Solaris (a variety with high resistance to diseases) grown in Val di Cembra, Trentino. Then, is a sparkling "frizzante" (2.5 bar), with very low sulfites, great technology and you can choose how to drink it: shaking it or not. Great fun, and great respect for serious oenology dedicated to "natural" approach to winemaking.

Oouuuwwww, it's got bits in it! (Just kiddin)
Pear skin and passion fruit, really quite vibrant nose, plenty of tropical fruit. Nice little spritz in the mouth backs up pure orchard fruits with a bitter grapefruit tang on the finish. Improved if anything on day 2
