Friday night’s scheme. Sourced from Ponzi’s oldest vines and planted on a hillside in the 1970s. Kaleidoscope-like in its complexity, perfectly ripe cherry, wildflowers, baking spice, underbrush, and meat, with secondary notes of graphite, earth, and citrus. Still has a noticeable grip, but it’s with silk gloves.
