Drank 3 bottles of wine this evening, all comparable priced: Quilt, Hess Allomi, & Sequoia Grove Cab. I would rate them all good in that order. Quilt & Hess 2021 vintage- Sequoia Grove 2019. Quilt blend was smoother & great bouquet.

Smoky at the outset. Blackberries, cassis, figs and touch of leather in the initial flavors. Tannins are rich and mild acidity in the finish.
