Nov 29th, 2019A tight nose of green apple, steel. Still coiled and almost painfully sharp. Limestone, white flowers. Very bright in the midpalate. A bit soon for this and not sure it’ll have the flesh to balance the acidity in the long run. Some serious material here

Disgorged November 2015. Beautiful. Fresh. Perhaps a bit linear at the moment, but this will change with some age - this is a wine built to age! Delicious.
