Robe of deepest salmon, with a copper-tinged rim. 100% Pinot Noir, with a surprising amount of depth and concentration (note that it's 14% ABV). Nose of black cherry, ripe watermelon and spice. Lush and full on the palate with an impression of spiced crab apple on the finish. This is a big, big rosé.
