👀Dark ruby. Youthful
👃Big sweet fruit. Plum, blackberries, underbrush, anise, cloves, & spice. Fresh and vibrant
👅Plums and blackberries with tar and anise. Spicy and chalky. All in a silky package
Tannins are soft and minimally exposed. Oak is integrated.
Long dark fruited finish. Well crafted
Great now and should be for some time. Does it improve? Could it?
Bottle stored in fridge with Vinloq preservation

The spice and cloves remained but the wine was softer & more restrained than DAYs1 and 5. I preferred the intensity of those days.
