Tight with nose opening up gradually. Some small red fruits and mushroom earthy undertones but very subtle. not like Cali Pinot - but not quite Burgundian either. Definitely needs more time to develop

NZ terroir and mature Pinot vines makes this the most Burgundian I have had. Should have decanted, the best glass was the last one, the second day.

With @Clement Leroux - a pinot noir tasting up to great standards. Soft tanins, high acidity and raspberry blackcurrant notes. Maybe a lack of complexity towards the end?
