Sweet licorice, candied yam, plum wine. Less vegetal or grassy than I’m used to.

Missing the fresh grass/pear zip that FLX Rieslings often exhibit. On the sweeter side. I prefer off or semi dry.

Pretty flat. Falls short of the complexity and idiosyncrasy I appreciate in other Rieslings I’ve had recently.

Still drinkable. Just getting picky with this varietal, now.
