This was the standout of the night. 7 drinkers - universally very positive. This has some white pepper, leather, smoked meat, a bit of jam, and rich fruit. The nose has all the same - very taste aligned scents.

This was excellent. Rich, complex, fruit forward with dark berries, and roasty flavors. Went great with sourdough multigrain bread, and sourdough Kalamata olive bread.
