Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour. No formal notes due to the setting however, looking back on my previous notes, that assessment still applies. The 2017 Amador County continues to be an absolutely delicious expression of the variety. Drink now through 2032.

Oh snap! The 2017 Amador County is an absolute cracker served at cellar temperature. Please don’t make the mistake of chilling these. On the nose, it’s stone fruits, lanolin and some sort of citrus blossom I think...it was was floral but I couldn’t pin it down. On the palate, this danced with minerals and a tongue smacking finish. Light and yet such a performer. A hit with everyone. Drink now or hold.

This was pure infanticide. Delicious nonetheless. Beeswax, quince, lanolin, herbal tea, and a mix of fresh orchard fruit. This has years ahead. I’d like to try this in another five years.

Shimmering, lacy, salty, floral. Zippy acidity and really good with salty Chinatown snacks.

Former winemaker for Turley now making wine with long lost California varietals. I like the concept but this wasn’t anything special.

Typically I don’t enjoy Chenin Blanc but this was excellent. Vibrant citrusy notes.
