12 hours skin contact. Made only for charity just here (cellar) for a month. Tart red apricot not a lot of yeastiness. Low acidity 70/30 Chard/PN. Hand riddled. Finishes with hints of yeastiness.

Honestly, it’s fucking awesome, but I recommend poolside in 80° heat and not a springtime Sunday in PJs feeling spiteful
Really wish the ratings didn’t come with happy faces. It can taste excellent and I can still feel angry.
Dominant flavor is fucking strawberry of all god forsaken things!! This ish is that bomb!
