Yeasty aroma which is good imho for a 2008. A subtle strawberry juice. Some acid but beautiful finish . I don’t think it will age any more.

Lovely bubbles. Not much pink for a rosé... Lemon undertones with a fresh fantastic finish! Love the consistency of this winery... Cremant, Blanc de Noir and now Rosé are all on my bubble list.
