This 2000 bubbly is fantastic. The cork. Flew at least 25 feet off my hillside . Powerful pop. Wine full of bubbles honey color, sweet aroma, some yeast ( which I like) . Long finish with layers of flavor. Pear, forest floor, long finish. This is the good stuff! I just saw this is my 500 wine!! Wow

A great start to New Year's Eve. Everything a mature sparkling should be. Will hold this against any second tier Champagne house. Absolutely wonderful.
