A medium dry wine that is pale straw in colour. The palate is on the sweeter end, in spite of being 13% alcohol. Balanced acidity with residual sugar. Flavors of ripe fruit, pineapple and apricot colored varieties. Light and crisp with barely-there aromas; combined with a long finish of grapefruit it is perfectly crisp. Excellent summer, picnic Riesling with blue bottled screw-top.

Enjoyable but make sure to drink it all in one setting. It was not nearly as good the second day .
