Love the bubbles! Peach color in the glass-nose of strawberry, cotton candy and stone. Clean, fresh and crisp on the palate exposing flavors of tart cherry, lime and red berries with a gush of bubbles hitting the top of the mouth. Long finish with a slight mineral hint and oak. Great acidity to give you that subtle pucker! Well done!

11 is still super fresh. Approachable with raspberries and strawberries. Not gonna blow your mind with complexity but gonna make you happy.

Loved it. Unique character for a bubbly. Price puts it a bit out of reach.

2010 vintage. Delicate and fresh with enticing red fruits. Not much autolytic character but who cares?

Super Bubbles Sunday Champion... 2009 Soter Brut Rose

Light, lovely, ethereal. But with 100% Pinot not a lot of grip.
