Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Plummy, a bit sharp on the edges and soft in the middle. Interesting poblano spice on the nose, but ends a bit bitter on the palate.

Black currant. Chocolate. Cassis. Med + tannin. Slight terroir. 7.5

Alcohol, light.

Christmas dinner with prime rib. So good.

Very intense powerful aroma. Taste is just one grade lower but still nice. Very good aftertaste

V09. Vegetal, cedar bouquet. Rich blackberry, black pepper and very slight bell pepper fruit. Chalky, leather , astringent finish.

Wow very complex flavor and changed my view on cali wine makers. Berries fill the front and smokey and but spicy and vanillay, a nice tomato almost apple like after taste

This was our welcome wine at Harvest inn. A real good warm up for our Napa trip.
