Merlot- medium bodied, easier, but vegetal edge- very classic; Bell pepper, dark fruits, woodsy; vegetal- varietally correct Fruity, bell pepper, black pepper, currants; dark tone; bell pepper into dark fruits into spices (Cabernet is most aggressive; Pinot noir is lighter- fresh fruit notes)
