Dark plums, vanilla, oak, chocolate, and hints of eucalyptus in the nose. Explosive rush of dark fruits carried further by a 14.5% ALC from the first followed by a satisfying blend of oak and vanilla with a dollop of chocolates. The finish is long and smooth favoring oak, vanilla, and pepper and a silky smooth mouthfeel.

Delicious and full bodied, pleasantly smokey and tart, with prune and a lot of oak. Very wonderful aftertaste, well balanced.

Rich, luxurious, elegant, and dynamic.
Medium acidity, moderate sweetness, but most importantly pleasant full body with lingering finish.
Strong notes of cranberries, blackberries, jam, oak, dark chocolate, and ripe plum.
Personally, hints of dark cherries and cedar.
Best bottle of red wine I have had in a while.

Jun 22nd, 2018I was excited to find such a “great deal” -$20 for a supposed $50 bottle of wine when we’re usually $15 & under regular priced people. It was a large bottle, but turned out to be mostly glass. The taste was fine, but nothing spectacular for the price tag it was claiming. I probably won’t pay $20 for it again.
