Last night we cracked into this unoaked Chardy that we picked up on our recent visit to @tambo_gippslandlakeswine here in #Gippsland. The contents went so quickly that I had to take a pic of the empty bottle π

My notes π: Itβs a lovely sunny βοΈ yellow colour in the glass. Notes of stone fruits & citrus come through on the nose with a hint of fresh herbs. While in the mouth it has a wonderful smooth texture with plenty of fresh fruit sweetness and racy grapefruit. Delish π
