The Crane Assembly
G. B. Crane Vineyard el Coco Red Blend
Napa Valley, California, USAFruity, not dense, highly alcoholic, purple in color. Its easy to drink. If you can take 15.7% alcohol it's an ok light wine with little character. I won't by it again. Not worth the price in any case!

Feb 14th, 2021The wine is very alcoholic, 15.7%. The vintage, 2017 should rest for at least two years. The opening nose is big, pushed primarily by the high alcohol. The color is deep purple. The vertical blend is a bit indistinguishable, although my first impression was zinfandel. The node was peppery and full of berries. Specifically raspberry. It has a lot of body although it is a very tipycall University of Davis methodology wine.
