Feb 5th, 2017Herbs and blue fruit on the nose. Unique flavors of stewed plums and baking spices punctuated with dark cherries, espresso and oak. A really nice finish. Paired really well with our Christmas lunch of turkey with all of the usual side dishes. I might be in a food coma very soon.
