April 28, 2018. Dinner w/Doc J, KK, J2. Beef Bourguignon & Chocolate soufflés. Oh, and this wine, first of 3 😳 bottles. Wine was lovely. Smooth, earthy, dark fruit but not at all fruity. Perhaps a hit of blueberry. From my old Trione wine club days. Love their reds and this one did not disappoint.
