Black Label Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon

Getting damn close to great and could be with time. Surprised by slightly damp/stinky quality to nose that added nice layer of character not seen in lower level Trunbull cabs.

Drinking quite nicely. 1hr decant. Big nose with a small bit of curry. Savory meat & bramble with iron pulling up the rear. Should last a long time

I visited their tasting room in early october for the first time and it was cab-apalooza! They are making some really nice cabs including the black label.
