Disgorged on 11-11-16. Opened 1-8-17. Tiny, persistent little bubbles; yeasty-doughy on the nose - like half baked bread. Great acidity, balance and breadth. Drink cuz you're a hipster or hold because you're a geek. I wish my allocation was larger!
