This was a wonderful NZSB that I wasn’t expecting to enjoy as much as I did. So refreshing and sharp with its flavors and structure. Quite typical of this region in its profiles, so nothing surprising. Crisp pineapple and grapefruit, freshly mown grass, and a crisp minerality that cuts through it all.
