Reserva Maipo Andes Cabernet Sauvignon

Chilean Cab that could stand up to a huge Pinot Noir. Lighter than expected, especially the nose. Smooth mouthfeel but has all of the characteristics of a Cab Sauv, just muted.

Light berry bouquet, smooth berry with light tannins.

Lovely, sophisticated Cab that shows how far Chile has come. Went very well with spicy Szechuan food, and is great value for the money.
