PnP. Dark red/purple color. Meaty, earthy nose! Wine tastes like mix between Napa Cab and Syrah/Rhone. I thought this was fairly bold and juicy, but Brooke disagreed.

Apr 12th, 2025PnP. Dark red color. Nose seems a little oxidized on the nose, which was strange as the cork was good. Fruit forward with plums, blackberries, and subtle anise. Medium plus depth and finish. Not what I remember from V29.

Lovely, ‘typical’ rich Napa Cab, silky tannins, long finish, round mouthfeel.

Wanted the prime rib but they were out. Brought this nice wine but ended up with a disappointing bring prime rib sandwich. Wine was good! Meal was disappointing.
