Vinho Regional Alentejano Red Blend

Inexpensive red to make Mushroom Bourguignon. Perfectly fine to drink on its own. Very fruit forward, raspberry preserves, black licorice, black pepper. Short finish with a bit of prune. A little syrupy and alcoholic.
