What a delicate and delicious bottle. Great minerality and intensity. Vibrant acid meets ripe orchard and stone fruits. Dry and refreshing and perfect with a bowl of fresh egg fettuccine, rich and creamy roasted butternut squash sauce, smoky pan seared chicken thigh, and couch time with my boyfriend!
