Fruit forward but still high tannin and acid. Cherry and strawberry fruit taste but it needs a few more years

Apr 17th, 2022Wonderful tasting at Williams Selyem this past weekend. My second favorite tasting after Hall. This was my favorite Pinot from the group. Presents as elegant Pinot. 13.2% ABV. Th winemaker describes as “dark cherry, dried herbs, black olive, wood spice. My wheelhouse for WS Pinots tends to be around 5 years.
