Deep red with big red fruit aromas and pepper spice. On the palate cherry and ripe raspberry flavors with some vanilla spice. Tannins are a bit harsh and a little too hot with an alcohol burn. Pass, not for me. Tasting Sample.

Quite dry, not so rich, was a little overwhelming by the time I got to the end of the glass. Overall, one of the nicer reds that I’ve had.

As a budget wine I used half of this in cooking before tasting... what a waste! Not a great wine but perfectly quaffable. Will buy again if I can remember were I bought it.
