Located in the heart of the famous Prosecco territory between Conegliano and Valdobiadene, light fresh fragrant fruit aromas with nice mousse and bubble flow. On the palate stone and tropical fruit flavors on dryer side, ok balance between fruit and crispness. I prefer a dry Prosecco than others with more sweetness. A Prosecco at a nice value. Tasting Sample.

Used it to make Contratto Spritz. Kind of a bubbly Sauvignon Blanc on its own.

Blossoms, stone fruit; a medium-long, dry finish.

White flowers, cardamom, cinnamon, jasmine, green tea, dried herbs (predominantly oregano and thyme). What a delightful surprise for a prosecco. Not quite brut, a little residual sugar in here but not by any means overwhelming.
