Lite fizz to it. Tastes a bit of honey and stone fruits, reminiscent of a honeycrisp apple to me. It's definitely a good replacement for dessert! It's low alcohol content makes this an easy pour for a wide variety of guests. We drank ours alongside some homemade spicy enchiladas.
