Beautifully complex nose - dark and rich with a hint of fruit on top. On my palate, a wonderful blend of tannin with the traditional Tempranillo notes and undertones. Lovely now and will continue to expand for years. — 8 years ago

Südtirol-Alto Adige Pinot Noir 2015
I was hopeful on the 2015 Pinot based on how wonderful the 2015 Burgundy I recently had was. The Alto Adige tasted very young, and a bit hot, to my palate. Tight, missing the fruit aromas at opening but improved across the meal. Will likely be much better with some age. — 8 years ago
