Dry PX so very different in profile to the usually sweet PX (which is delicious over ice-cream!). This is dry but fat with oak. Tastes and smells like a relative of the sherry family. There is some dried fruit and orange on the nose that continues to the palate. The oak is forward but once you get past it the orange notes appear. I like it! It’s a wine for food pairing or for sherry lovers. — 9 hours ago

Little dosage making this wine quite a dry and austere in style however this wine is made with a blend of Pinot Gris and the producer has left the grapes to ripen for as long as possible. A clean fresh style with citrus, bright green apple notes. No biscuit or classic yeasts on the nose or palate. — 6 months ago
